NSKI University College

NSKI University College is a private school in the heart Oslo, Norway that offers four unique bachelor's programs designed to educate tomorrow's film, theater and musical theatre professionals. Its BFA programs include acting, musical theatre, screenwriting and directing. NSKI is the only college in Northern Europe where Method Acting (i.e., the American variations of the Stanislavski technique) is a central part of the teaching.

Applying a single acting technique across all four curriculums provides students with a common understanding of the work behind good film, television, theater and music theater. Collaborative projects across disciplines are encouraged. And as experience shows, students working together with fellow students from other disciplines develop relationships that often continue long after graduation.

Our skilled teachers have extensive experience from both film-, TV-, theater and musical industries not just from Norway, but also from countries outside the Nordic region, such as the USA, England and the Netherlands.

NSKI University College is located in St. Olavs gate 32, near The Royal Palace in Oslo, amongst the capital's film, TV and performing arts environments. Professional actors from Norway and abroad are often invited as guest teachers, keeping the school constantly up to date with industry developments and creating an international environment.
