Transfer of credits
When applying to a program, applicants with credits from other college- level institutions can apply to have parts or all of the credits recognized by NSKI University College. Thus, you can reduce the time of study or the study load at NSKI.

In order for such credits to be recognized, they must be relevant for the program you are applying for. A requirement for the degree diploma to be issued from NSKI University College, a minimum of 60 ECST must be taken at NSKI. The application for transfer of credits will be considered by an academic committee, who will make a comparison between the content and level of the external credits and the corresponding program at NSKI University College. If the credit-tranfer application is approved, it means the student is exempted from the subject in question.
How to apply for transfer of credits?
All applicants must first apply for the relevant program using the electronic application form.
If you want to transfer credits from previous college- level institution, you must use the application form for transfer of credits and recognition of previous education. This application form is sent to kontakt@nski.no, along with documentation of the previous education. This includes a copy of diplomas or transcripts, as well as a documentation of the course content (plans of study, descriptions of the relevant subjects, reading lists etc.). Please note that documentation from courses abroad must be translated to Norwegian or English.
